Booking & Managing Appointments

 You can book, reschedule, or cancel appointments online through our appointment portal, or by calling us at (604) 941-8277 during clinic hours.

What to Bring

Please bring your BC Services Card and a list of any medications you’re currently taking.

Telehealth Appointments

For virtual visits, ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for the call. We’ll send instructions once your appointment is confirmed.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early, especially if it's your first visit.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee.

💳 Insurance & Billing

We accept coverage under the Medical Services Plan (MSP) of British Columbia. Most medically necessary services are fully covered.


Uninsured Services may include:

  • Sick notes for work or school

  • Driver’s medical exams

  • Completion of third-party forms
